Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages M.A.D.E is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier or postal service.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. M.A.D.E is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
